I messed around d/l and installing superpatches etc and all my kits were black ingame!
I tried reinstalling but same problem!

are you using kitserver? or are the kits installed into the AFS data file.?
if you are using kitserver then your kitserver map might not be setup properly to work with the game. invalid directories for each team might explain why the kits are black (not showing anything)
