ACTA Law(s)- Effects on PES Editing and Sites

Hello!
After the sign of ACTA(Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement) by most of European Nations, I was thinking about the effects of this in PES Editing, and If it is illegal or not.
The reason is that we are using emblems of teams, firms etc. without licences.

I know man, this law destroys the internet.

But, will it affect PES Editing?

Feck the law! Living in a country where copyright law is so vague that grey areas are plentiful, I'm not really fussed. Besides that I think that this ACTA thing was mainly aimed at counterfeit stuff being traded on a large scale
