Milan up 2-1 at half time. Tomasson and Crespo scoring. Very good start for Milan, Kaka seems to be having a good game and Cafu... no comment, hes stunning. We are circulating the ball well and are dominating in posession, which is our speciality. I hope this continues for the 2nd half, and the rest of the season.

Full time 4-1. Great performance by Seedorf, Kaka (2nd half), Tomasson and Crespo. Stunning plays by Stam and Cafu all game. If we play like this, we can win the league. lol Juve.

but the big problem is Shevchenko fractured his cheekbone in the game against Cagliari :( :( :( :(

Andrei Shevchenko has been ruled out of Milan's crucial UEFA Champions League clash with Manchester United next Wednesday.

The Ukraine striking star clashed heads with Simone Loria after just ten minutes of Milan's Serie A match against Cagliari on Saturday evening.

He was immediately withdrawn looking very groggy and with severe looking bumps to the side of his face.

Scans have now shown that the European Footballer of the Year has fractures to both his cheekbone and eye-socket.

Shevchenko will undergo surgery on Monday and Milan are hoping he will be back playing in 10 to 12 days time.

"We are sorry because he suffered a bad blow and we hope he can recover in a quick time," said Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti.

"This can be a stimulus to the other players to do even better and make up for his absence."

Shevchenko will definitely miss the game against United and the local derby with Internazionale next weekend, but he should be fit for the second leg of the Champions League tie with The Red Devils on March 8 at The Giuseppe Meazza.
