Is this possible? I wnt to keep my PES5 that I'm currently playing my ML in and then patch another copy of PES5 for the World Cup?

Yes, have a search around for PES More PAtch, or Folder Changer or something like that. It should also come with a video tutorial on how to use it. If you can't find it I'll upload it for you.
 
can you please upload the video i'm intrested too becaus of thw Worldcup patch and Legend Patch ;) :)
