Just in case someone here, still in 2021 likes to play this beautifull game, i have worked on a World Cup USA 94 Patch. Actually the patch was already done sometime ago, but i just reinserted the japanesse commentary (without callnames), and the original stadiums to the game with the ads of the world cup, to make it look beautifull!!!!!!!
