Is there a particular patch or option file that provides up to date teams for the World Cup? I can't understand why there is so little chatter about this, it's not like the competition's version of the Cup is any good.

Thank you. I did try that and got no response for days. So I guess PTE really is king of PES now. I remember when it was all about Galaxy.
