Windows Live contacts lost

I logged onto Windows Live yesterday, only to find that ALL of my contacts had been wiped... Fantastic .

Is there a way to recover them?

I've checked that offline contacts are viewable so it's not that - anyone else had a similar issue to this?

What software are you using?

MSN Mac always does this. So I went with Adium, the best messenger out there.

I'm using the official Windows Live Messenger software, may well switch to another if this kind of thing can happen... Very annoying.

Fuck sake, it happened again!

Also had a load of "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)" things in my inbox, so presumably my address has been sending out spam...

Considering backing some stuff up and then formatting my hard drive to remove any viruses etc. I've done a full system scan with Avast which found nothing.

Any advice?

Oh and an unrelated issue - the default font for everything on my computer seems to have changed, how can I revert it back?
