Which Files Affecting The Game Speed?

In Become a Legend, there is Option that you can change the game speed while you on the bench. (fast-forward)
i have "speed" problems, when i'm just playing exbithion or league, i wanna try delete those files. even if the game will crush in BAL, i'm not playing it.
someone mayB know?
