Whats the science behind the menu slowdown?

Why is there slowdown in the menus? offline and online.

It happens during the game at half time or bringing subs on.

everyone I no gets it.

Why?

Diabolicaly Annoying isn't it?

Is there any other game on the planet that suffers from menu slowdown like.

Well.. on my pc (amd 64 3000+, 1gb ram and geforce 6600gt) the game plays very well on 1280x1024 and medium details (there isnt any slowdown on the matches) but on the menues there is some lag (less than 1second) between my actions and the game's menu

change yr settings 2 low..i m sure this will fix it...

I'll keep playing on 1280x1024 medium, the game runs perfectly on my pc (old compared with some here). It only runs a little slow some ML's menus, that's all.
