what stadiums does the AI choose?

Hi can anyone tell me what stadiums the AI chooses for world cup matches? is it what the home teams stadium is set to?

or is it random of all the stadiums or just a select few?

i want to replace them with world cup stadiums but hopefully i wont have to replace every stadium
