What is the worst goalkeeping error you've ever seen?

Where is the mistake in the last one?
As if Butt could've made up for the stupidity of his whole squad.
Only one player had to be in the opponents half up until Butt was back in his goal and the ref couldn't have blown the whistle.

I assume he just trusted at least one of his colleagues would actually be smart enough to postpone the kickoff ... but(t) whaddya know ...
That was what, his 30th penalty? It was a blackout of the field players much more than it was one of the goalie, if at all.
 
April 1992...i was in goal in the worst sunday team that ever existed...
My CB said that i didn't communicated enough...a couple of minutes later , a simple through pass came my way and i virtually hollered the Dutch equivalent of "Gotcha"...i dropped the ball and it went in goal between my legs...

After the match we went to a pub of the other team to eat something and to drink something, when i entered the pubeverybody shouted "GOTCHA"...

Fortunately there is no video...
