What is the right speed ???

60 fps or 30 fps ???

imho 60 is very fast but to play at 30 i've to set up low details, unless it plays between 40-50 fps ..

30 or 60 fps, the game speed should stay the same.
It's frames per second. 60 fps means it will run smoother not faster.

On High or Med if you don't have the right PC, the game will run faster as OI have seen, the game starts of at 60fps and then drops to 20-30 that is causes all the problems.

On LOW setting the frame rate is fixed at 30 and runs smoothly but the graphics are that bad its heartbreaking and I only play a few games and the give up.
