What does Ronaldo mean by this move i know it was from along time ago.

That haircut was a classic. It was like he had HUGE eyebrows.
But anyway, does anyone really know why he does that when he scores?
 
Because in his wrist, Ronaldo has tattoed the name of his girlfriend.

He does that not only to show the tatoo, but to make a "D" with his arm, D from Daniella, his wife
