I guess that you are using a router at home for internet-connection?

Then you have forward the port 5730. You have to look for something like "port mapping" or "port forwarding" in your router manual. This should help!

yes mate just do what it says it tells you what you need to do. if you get stuck on any of the things google is the place for you :)
