How Do Yall Got WE10 When WE9 Just Came Out A Couple Of Months Ago In The U.S. And If You Got The Jap.Version Shouldnt It Be In A diffirent Language?

To answer your question: Winning Eleven 10 was only released in Japan and only features japanese language. Fortunately, there are language patches available made by modders which translate the game into different languages. So in order to patch your game, you'll need a DVD writer and some tools, you'll find a guide in our Upload/Download area.
