Guys, who has played this and knows more? I've heard of most football games and know of Virtua Striker, but not this one.

Look at it, it's beautiful, especially for the time. Puts eFootball to shame.

Well, it depends on what is your idea of "running well".
Brodostar released a version of Dolphin that has Triforce support and that can run the game (ana all other Triforce versions of it) on a decent machine, that's for sure.
