Using an internet forum against your team mates and your club

Big news yesterday in the Jupiler League.
Club Brugge has sent GK Stijn Stijnen to the reserve team. This is shocking news considering the fact that Stijnen is an iconic player for Club Brugge (Brugge's own Steven Gerrard).
It transpires that Stijnen visited the club's internet forum under a false name and used it against his team mates and particularly against a young goal keeper who poses a treat to him.

There is also a new board in Brugge and Stijnen has sympathies for the old board...he criticized the new board also on th forums.

Club Brugge is not without blame because they decided to do a search after the IP adress of all the people who criticised the new board...they found out that one member posted from Stijnen's IP adress.

Yesterday evening both his girlfriend and his brother claimed that they were the people behind all this, but nobody believed this. His team mates were shocked with the discovery.

Anybody has heard something similar with high profile football players (Stijnen used to be the GK of our national team, so you can consider him high profile).

I doubt it's the first time a player has done such a thing, surprising the club did searches though!
