PC Two Master League questions

Hi all!

I wanted to ask about some things in the Master League:

1) The master league there are only players who play in clubs or are young. Players of National Teams who do not play in the clubs appear after a major tournament (European Championship for example), but they show a 17-year old boy with low skill. So I wanted to ask if you can somehow make them to appear with their skill and age?

2)Playing in the original PES (ie, without any patches), I noticed that in the Champions League and European League play the same teams that are in "other Europe ". All right? I used to think that they will be chosen randomly. Obtained if in the "other Europe" add to the example of one team, it will not play either in the Champions League or the UEFA Europa League? Can it be somehow changed? Or in the Master League from other European teams can only play 34 teams?

P.S how can you play PES without patches? for me game is boring that way
 
Oh, very sorry ... :( But thank you very much for your help. ;)
About how I can play without the patch, why? The game and without them can be quite interesting, where I changed some league, titles and the like, and play. Now I do not play in PES, as I do not have time (exams, etc.), but in June, I will begin play again, but with some patches (probably RPL). :D
