Transferring PES5 option file to XBOX 360

I bought an Xbox 360 today (which is AMAZING) and I want to transfer the PES5 option file with updated kits etc to the 360 via the maxdrive. I have plugged the device into my 360 (using one of the USB ports) but it doesn't give me any options to transfer!? Can anyone help?

Unless your a genius, and you also have a PC using Linux I'd forget about it, but it's here
 
Cheers again, but I don't think I will be going through all that trouble! Looks like I am stuck with fake kits etc. Gutted.
