Is there a way to transfer a club from different Region
E.g If I want to transfer a club from Asia to Europe

To be more precise is there a way I can transfer Boca juniors to La Liga Santander ?

I'm pretty sure you can do this with ejogc editor. At least in previous versions it was possible.
