Transfer windows close date

Anyone know when transfer windows for 2006 close date?
Is it the same for all league (serie A, premiere, la liga etc) or different?
Oh, and when do all this league start to play for 2006 season?

31 august is the last day for transfers as far as I know. I think the times differ though from country to country when it closes.
