Teamstrengh 1-Star to 5-Star - how is this calculated? (look the picture)

Hello. I am asking me, how are the three team-strenghs calculated in PES 2017? And the resulting stars(1-5):

If i change a defensives players stats, it doesn´t change always the defenseive-strengh of the team. It not depents on if the player is in the starting formation or not. Sometimes a 4 star-team has lower strengh-points then a 3,5 stars-team. Why?

But how is it calculated and from wich players?
