superpatch 4 crashes

hi guys when playing with superpatch 4 just after the formation select screen the game sometimes crashes

i then start the game again choose exactly the same teams balls and kits and stadium and the game is ok any ideas

i dont have any replays saved in my folder coz i have read that couldve been the problem so if any 1 got any ideas
