Stuttering Screen

Am having problems with the game stuttering, despite having a powerfull pc. Tried 3 different drivers, so that is ruled out.

With frame skipping and vsync enabled the game runs perfect, however every 10 seconds or so its like the game is about to alt tab out, then it goes black for a second or two then the game continues.

Any other settings regarding frame skipping and Vsync, be it on off or one on one off makes the game run in super slow motion, despite the fps being locked at 60.

If i play in windowed mode, i get no problems, but i dont want to use windowed mode argh!

Is your firewall running and slowing it down , you may need to

define it as a trusted application ?
