Is a Intel(r) 82810E Graphics Controller a Graphics Card? I'm looking up the whole 'dxdiag' thing and want to confirm it, and is it good enough to run it?

I'm getting pretty decent pictures but theres a problem with players, like there kinda see-through, were you can see the right arm from there left side through there transparent shirt.

Also, if your computers memory is 126MB RAM, and the games minimum is 128MB RAM, does that have anything to do with it?
