Saha and Ribery in French Team?

I was playing an exibition game as France against my mate, when I noticed I had Saha and Ribery on the team? how is this possible? the only mod I use is Fernando's English patch and I haven't touched edit mode at all. the only thing I can think of is I said yes to the starting members auto select thing in the general settings screen before the game.
