Refs in PES 2009

I think it may be diffeent for each ref in the game but sometimes a tackle that is'nt that harsh gets a red yet in another match the same tackle will get a yellow or nothing. I see this more in the CL mode where refs are stricter. Is there any way to alter this as i know for PES 2010 the official patch altered the refs so maybe it can be done for PES 2009
