quck free kicks + shirt pullin

quick free kicks are done after you have been fouled and you player puts his hand on the ball, at that moment press the pass button to take a quick free kick.Shirt pulling happens when a slower player is trying to keep up with a quicker one just hold down RB and it will happen automatically

hold l1andr1 at same time to make him run to the ball and put his hands on it then press a to pass for a quick free kick

This quick free kick thing is doin my nut in!!!

i have played about 60 odd games, and havent seen 1 quick free kick. i even spent ten quid on the guide hopin that would tell me about it, as well as other stuff. people have told me that you hold lb and rb when you're fouled, and this will make your player run to the ball, and you then press a to pass it.

is this right?

does it only work with certain fouls, i.e. if the ball is close after the foul???

or is the whole thing automatic.... i.e i just do nothing, and i will definaitly know when the time comes, as he will run to it automatically and put his hand on it, and then if i want to pass i can????

please can someone clarify!

ok, so im fouled, and then one of my other players is near the ball, so what im asking is, do i have to do something to make him initiate it, i.e i have been told its lb and rb, but that doesnt work, or will he just do it himself, i have played 60 odd games and have never seen 1, thats why i thought i must be doin summit wrong!

well i was at my friends house the other day and i got fouled...elano was very close to me and just ran over to the ball and stood on it...if you press 'a' regardless if there is a man still on the floor he will take the freekick quickly and carry on with the game...on the other hand if the freekick is deemed worthy of a yellow card you will not be able to take this freekick quickly...i dont have a clue what these goons are on about pressing different buttons but they were clearly drunk when they wrote the comment lol...all you have to do is press 'a' when a player near you runs onto the ball looking for a quick freekick...:)

hope this helps you out,

maxxxwel

thanx for all the help on this.

it just annoys me as i have never seen it happen in any of the games i have played. does it only happen offline??

has anyone ever had it happen to them online???

i play online, hardly ever offline, so is that why, is it offline only???

i never ever seem to get into the situation, i get little crappy fouls, then i think oh good, this could be it, but it never happens.

doin my nut in!

happens all the time, if your fouled and your player isnt injured and the foul isxnt card worthy and a player is close by hold l1 and r1 the player places the ball and then you can pass it!!!!

ok, i'll give it a try, im sure i've tried this before, and it doesnt work, this was how you done it in pro evo 6, but it seems they have taken that away this time, but i'll give it a go, once again thanx for everyones help and input on this, its much appreciated!

no its not like on pro 6, its just in open play you hold it as soon as youv been fouled if the ball hasnt gone too far then one of your players might make it to the ball quickly and place it you then pres a to pass

it is ten times better than it was in pro 6

well giz, you seem to know what your yalking about, so im off to try it and hopefully it will work. thanx for your help, as well as everyone elses.
