PSP Of Editing

Is it possiblle to edit a PSP option file out of the in-game editor becuase i am pissed with not being able to change some players nationality in-game

I doubt its possbile but id like clarification

i don't know any editing tool but you have to remove those player from national team so u can edit their nations then
