[PS2] PES6 converting Option Files

Hopefully it is okay to create a thread for this. I've got a problem and maybe someone could help me out with my technical issues... as I can remember there are different versions of PES6 in Europe... but I know that is is possible to convert option files... unfortunately I cannot remember how... (to be specific... I own the German version of PES6 and I guess an English OF won't work?!) What tools I need to convert them? Or maybe I miss something? ... any help is highly appreciated!
