Ps2 online problem

Ive had pes08 on ps2 for a while...but ive never been able to online play...i just cant register my account...i selected "create user account" and tries to connect and returns a "connection error"..so it it isnt my internet or network problem as it passed thru the testing network environment screen aswell as verfifying DNAS...just cant resgister...so i went bought PS3 version and got to play online which was full-o-lag...so im trying to get my ps2 version up for online...

hope i can find help here
