Problems with option file transfer, please help

Hi guys

I downloaded the pesfan option file

transferred it to my chipped Xbox via FTP and it worked like a dream

after that I copied it on a memory card and send it to my brother

he has an unchipped Xbox and gets an error everytime he loads the option: option file corrupted

Can anyone help?
