Problem - cant load the option file

I have tried to reinstall the game , And tried to load the option file
from the "options" .. How can I fix it ?
 
Ouch. Happened to my brother (we have seperate memory cards) and in the end, we just had to delete the option file. Helped me immensely, a reset of the memorial match stats =D
