Hi people, new member here – was registered when this forum/site began (lost my login), the site has got smaller (more content back then) but now the forum has just got bigger and better – looks really good.

Just got a network adapter and everything seemed to be working ok, created a connection tested it and it worked. But now when I start Pro Evo 5 it recognizes the connection but stays at the “test environment” screen for ages, tried it a few times and it just stays at the screen – no error messages just that screen.:(

Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?

Firewall mate, make sure you have the necessary port open on it (5730 as default unless you've specified another).

Open that on your router and you should be good to go. ;)
 
Ok thanks for your help...got it working now...played it all last night, it's so feckin amazin, have been hooked since the first ISS PRO on the Playstation and now I can test myself aaginst the V.best. 8)
 
not without serious console tinkering.

Just buy WE9:I which was released in the states today (2/8/06), that has online mode for you to play with your fellow countrymen. :)
