Please can someone help me set up my ps2 online?

Hello everyone i have looked everywhere for help on how to set up my ps online, i have bt broadband with a bt voyager modem, i no i have to get a ps2 network adapter but do i need anything else and how do you connect it all up?

i would really be greatfull if someone could help me thnks so much

You need an ethernet cable (no crossover) to connect the PS2 with your modem. That´s basicly it. Along with your PS2 came a card with a 14 digget network code, which you need to register. You can register yourself via your PS2 or on www.yourgamingname.com
 
If there is a cable with the adaptor, then it should be the right one. Can´t remember if I had one with the adaptor.
