Hi, me and my two PES buddies like to play offline cups against each other.
Each of us choose a team from the beginning and when it's your time to play a match you play alone against yuour friends who play with the CPU team. This way nobody has to wait, everybody can play all the time during the tournament.
This was impossible for years, because you couldn't change sides in cupmatches. I'm glad KONAMI fixed this in PES2012... almost...
An example:
You start a cup with three teams, let's say P1 is England, P2 Argentina an P3 Germany.
The cup starts and the first match is Germany (P2) vs USA (CPU)
P2 plays with his own team P1 and P3 plays with the USA.
The problem is that P2 is always the first controller, no matter what you do. So P2 has to play with P1's controller and color. P2,P1 and P3 can change his controller profile with cursor settings, passing settings etc, but he can't change the controller colour.
Also, when you choose the teams from the beginning, only P1 is able to choose them for P2 and P3, so this might be the problem.
Is there a way to fix this?
Are there other people who like to play cups or leagues this way?
