PC Player stats database

Can anyone help me out, I need the player database as an excel or csv file, anyone have an editor who can export the latest default database without any mods to csv for me.

Alternatively, if someone can mail me the bin files, I'll extract the stats myself.

I'm on PS3 so can't do it myself. I need it for an online project I'm looking to do.
