Is it possible to turn some of the pitches off?

I find some of them make it difficult to see the action.
 
Not in cups and leagues. You can only select them in Exhibition mode.
A lot of the pitch surfaces suck.

You could patch your game and replace the crap pitches with good ones.
I might actually do that. Thanks for the idea :)

Try a texture that is quite a bit darker Zyg,especially for the online pitch textures.
Thats the first thing I done(along with new nets),it makes it so much easier to see the ball/certain kits etc.
There were some good ones kicking about here a month or two ago.
There was a thread that had four different textures.
The second bottom one was superb mate.
 
How do you play online with patched game? I just don´t understand how you could past DNAs...
 
nope just the stuff he made that wen't into the superpatch. He might have some new stuff over at soccergaming though. ;)
