PES3 Option File Editor?

I am curious if there is a PES3 option file editor, which allows you to unlock all the iteams or add pes points in the pes-store. I have WeOptEditor which only allows you to chanage names of players and teams.

I think you can try to use any cheat game tool. ArtMoney for example. You can get it from here.
