Someone please suggest the best option file for pes21 with all the licensed league teams and national teams, would be really helpful if u may provide link too, THANKS

Maybe my answer is a bit out of question, but I'm more suggesting you to install patch instead of just option file. Because you will get all updated transfers, stats, kits, etc.

There are a lot of amazing patch in this forum such as virtuared and evoweb patch. There is also SP Football Life 2024 (heavy modded version of PES 2021, it's outside of this forum though)
