pes2008 direct ip connection problem? help please?

i have got hold of the goalconnector 1.5 programme, everything sems to be fine connection my end but trying to connect with a friend and he gets the countdown thing at the end like it is working then it comes up with the "file access denied" error message, can anyone help please?
