not possible.

that is one of the bad things in pes 6, they didn't put in the engine code option for CBs to go on corner kicks.
 
Have you tried 'CB Overlap' in strategy settings?

It will get one CB to go up whenever you want even during open play.

I'm talking PES5 but will be surprised if it's not in PES6 ;)
