Just dug out pes 6 for the ps2. Can’t beat this game in my opinion. Could anyone talk me through how I download a decent patch for this game? Rubbish with this kind of thing. Many thanks

I have a 2020 option file with correct team lists, stats, uniforms, team logos, etc. It's for the PC but you can easily convert it to a PS2 option file as there a number of tools out there still (I think I have one if you can't find out).
