So konami servers are OFF . I think it is not appropriate if we make ours So this is now possible thanks to reddwarf. He make Goalserver 6 alpha version so enjoy :

I've uploaded a new version of GoalServer6.

The one user running the server may also need to forward/open the following TCP ports:
10881, 10884, 12880, 12881

In your HOSTS file
[ip-address of GoalServer6] pes6gate-ec.winning-eleven.net
[ip-address of STUN server] we9stun.winning-eleven.net
