PC PES 3 Problem

Hello everyone, i have trouble with my PES3. The game is running very slow, when ball is in penalty area, when it's a entrance or celebration goal scene or when i have to kick off ball from corner/free kick/penalty/goal kick. I don't think, that's fault of my computer, i have Toshiba laptop with 6 gb ram, intel core 2 duo processor and integrated graphic card (i had the same trouble on my old pc, with normal 128mb graphic card, 1gb ram and intel pentium IV 3ghz processor). The game requirements is very low. I read somwhere, that i need to install patch, but i really can't find a working patch to PES3. Anyone can help?

any patch, that i install, after installation need a cd in cd-rom, cd is in it, and there is error "Wrong disc inserted" :/
