I want there to be no goals in the game, how can I do it?

How can I quickly minimize the stats of all players in the game?

how to turn off all cutscenes in the game like goal celebrations

you don't really need to turn of goal celebrations if there are no goals in the game, do you.
Other than that I would also say: ??
 
My first response is the same as theirs: ??

But I'll give you a serious answer. Easiest way to get no goals is to lower the difficulty to the easiest, pick up the ball and then run to the corner. The AI won't take it from you. Do the same thing in the second half and there you go. No goals. Do that until you're bored I guess.
 
It's a very unusual request, but we already know that so I'll try and be constructive...

You could try simming on Beginner difficulty? It would be painful to watch but the AI would be so dumb it would be like trying to watch a cat and a dog breed.
 
Id say it's a very strange statement, coz out of all the recent PES games - I find PES21 to have one of the lowest scorelines.

Partially it might be due to me playing FUMA, partially could be Division 2 with weaker teams, but I have been recording my scores on excel this season and last thing I would have said is that I have too many goals:

Just set the team tactic to that tedious long ball to lone striker and put 2 dmf to man mark him to prevent him from receiving and turning which is the only AI goal scoring script in PES 2021
