PES 2020 Featured player double

Hello,

Can anyone tell me if you can get featured players if you already have the base one ?
I recently started playing myclub and they suspended featured players and I started getting some top tier base players via scouts, I really hope this won't stop me from getting the improved versions of them once the featured ones are back.

Yes, you can always get duplicates of featured players.

Do the base versions of players count as double when using them as trainers ?

Yes, the EXP multiplier only depends on nationality, club and playing style which should be the same between base and featured versions.

Yes, it's random, only the chance for a better multiplier is higher with more similarities between trainer and player.

does anyone know which which gives a better chance ?
currently I have following priority:
1. Position
2. Playing style
3. Nationality
4. Club (pretty rare anyway)

Position is the most important similarity as it gives higher base EXP. The other three similarities should be equally important for the multiplier.
