PES 2018 (PC) won't load anymore today, is this an isolated issue with my PC or anybody else ?

My PC did a Windows 10 update this afternoon, since then my PES 2018 won't load anymore.

Before I re-install the whole stuff, I though I better check if this is an isolated issue with my PC or if anybody else is having problems ?

OK, I rolled back using the second method described here :

I de-installed this update :

https://support.microsoft.com/de-de/help/4512508/windows-10-update-kb4512508

and now my PES 2018 is working fine again.
