pes 2018 fluid game specs

Hi,
What are your specs to enjoy fluid gaming. I recently buy fresh hardware and despite this I have sluttering on 1650x1050 which is very dissapointing.
And what is strange I have constant 60FPS during match and replays.

My specs:
i3 8100 3,6Ghz
GTX 1060 6GB
8 RAM
Win10

maybe your CPU is the problem?

I think that 8 threads you have makes a difference. I have only 4.
i5 has 6, will it be enough ?

Run it in "Borderless Window Mode" after choosing "Window" in Settings.exe

I´m using it in Windows 10 X64 1709 and it solves the stutter from Fullscreen (i5 4590 16gb DDR3 + RX470 4gb + 2560x1080 80hz LG 29UM68-P). Game is not that heavy, but have issues with full screen mode here

There are other tools like that to force running in Borderless. I remember guys over PES2018 PC official thread posting theirs faves too

I´m using Radeon RX470 so there is a borderline to give you tips if you're using a GTX 1060
