I don't think he means this though, by saying "created", I think he means the faces that are not 3d made, but made from the ingame editor.

What I noticed is that almost every single "built" face look very similar to their real life players. And this regardless of the league? Definitely seems like a step up from previous years

When the headshots came out on pesmaster.com prior to game release I though Patric from Lazio was an official face. There's a hairstyle in the special section identical to his which makes it even more realistic. Bastos and Minala from Lazio also quite good!

Athanasiadis and Pelkas from Greece and Crespo who played for Aston Villa last year are very good faces.
